Canning Kosher Dill Pickles

These pickles are in rounds, but you can cut the cucumbers in spears also. I do these in rounds, so they go on hamburgers easily.

You will need:

4 pounds pickling cucumbers

4 1/2 cups water

4 cups white distilled vinegar

6 T. canning salt

Fresh Garlic and Dill

Sterilized pint jars, lids and rings

Water Bath for canning
