Salsa Recipes from Spicy to Mild and Sweet

It's no secret the food is getting ever more expensive at the grocery store, and salsa is not exception. The good news it that salsa can be homemade and canned for a fraction of the cost. Almost everyone loves salsa because there's a salsa out there for almost any palate - from incredibly hot salsa with habanero peppers to mild salsa with tomatilloes to roasted corn salsa to sweet pineapple salsa. Great salsa recipes are sometimes hoarded like family heirlooms, but luckily, there are those willing to share their treasures. Salsa recipes, unlike many others, should not be tampered with very much, some dishes almost invite experimentation, but a good salsa recipe is more like a delicate work of art. Best not to mess with a good thing...
