Pressure Canning Ground Beef

We cook and can ground beef today in our All American Pressure Canner. Hope you enjoy the lesson but always refer to a reliable canning book (Ball Blue Book is known as the "Canning Bible") when planning on doing any canning.

Canning Kosher Dill Pickles

These pickles are in rounds, but you can cut the cucumbers in spears also. I do these in rounds, so they go on hamburgers easily.

You will need:

4 pounds pickling cucumbers

4 1/2 cups water

4 cups white distilled vinegar

6 T. canning salt

Fresh Garlic and Dill

Sterilized pint jars, lids and rings
