Today was a loooooooong day, to say the least. We came home soaked from head to toe from the rain. We did not win the Stew Cook-off, but a few of our 4H kiddos won the Dutch Cook-off with their desserts. We had a fun-filled day and we were happy to have the jalapeno popper chicken salad snack packs to munch on. Being able to put on some rice while kiddos hopped in the shower was the icing on the cake for prepared dinner. I noticed I added a little too much bell pepper this time, so I would suggest eyeballing that better lol. Enjoy!
