Canning Apples for Beginner Canners

Apple season is here! If you are a beginner canner, apples are a great way to start putting up some fruit. You don't have to make applesauce, apple pie or any other traditional apple recipe.

Canning Corn!

Although I have not yet learned to grow corn that I can keep safe from the raccoons, I did find some frozen organic corn at costco. Long story short... waste not want not.
